GS-09: $69,213 - $89,975 GS-11: $83,742 - $108,859 Responsibilities You will serve as Financial Management Analyst, Engineering and Planning Department, Kittery, Maine. You will assist in the performance of functions such as: formulation of budget an estimate to support plans, programs and activities, review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations. You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial, management duties and responsibilities. You will perform studies or assists others with full scale studies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience that involves financial analysis Experience using computer programs to manage financial data and reports Experience formulating budgets, deadlines, and defending evaluations based on data Experience in analyzing and recommending cost and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organizations programs and administrative operations. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience related to maintenance and analysis of accounting, financial management and budget Experience using computer programs to manage financial data and reports Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems Experience performing and advising on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
