Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Kittanning, PA:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)  

Client Diagnosis: Fall Risk, Chronic Frailty, Mobility Impairment, TBI (2006), Wound - Right Hip - CLIENT IS A FULL ASSIST

NOTE:  Client has a dog - Doberman - friendly

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Cooking and Light Housekeeping

• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

• Grocery Shopping

• Companionship

• Range of Motion Exercises

• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

• Driving to Appointments and Errands

• Walking and Transfer Assistance

• Medication Reminders

• ADL's

• Ambulation

• Change Depends

• Transportation 

   

  Home Care Assistance MUST receive a copy of the following documents in order to start employment - PA REQUIRED documents:  

• 2 Step TB Test Results

• Social Security Card

• Driver's License/State ID 

• Car Insurance Card

• Proof of 2 Year PA Residency

Requirements

• 1 Year Experience (at least)

• Pass Criminal Background Checks

• Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
