What you will do:
Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed Annual Targets
Advise on Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations
Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Finance regarding Expiring Bulk Rates, New Construction Sales, M/A Portfolios and Residential Sales Targets renewal strategies.
Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business
What you will bring:
Establish employee objectives, complete Performance Reviews
Providing leadership, support, coaching and training to Account Executives and Support AE’s with client relationships
Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, advise on compensation increases and address any performance issues
Enhance relationships with key business partners
Develop and execute sponsorship and client events
Maintain relationships with key Associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend Association/Client Functions
Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.
