Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an IT Project Manager in Kissimmee, Florida. In this role, you will be engaged in a wide range of functions, including project planning, management, communication, and budget support within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans in line with the organization's mission and goals.

• Coordinate and facilitate the achievement of project objectives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Manage project risks, formulating and executing mitigation plans as necessary.

• Monitor project budgets, making updates as required to ensure cost-efficiency.

• Conduct regular meetings with project sponsors and teams, as well as leadership and executive director levels.

• Implement a project change control process to ensure that the project team operates within the scope of change approval.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and solicit input for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with development and support staff to ensure clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare and present project reports and status updates to leadership, program sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Support the project budget, ensuring that project operations align with financial guidelines. Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation

• Experience in training and development of team members

• Understanding of IT operations and systems

• Proven ability to plan projects effectively

• Familiarity with planning and budget processes

• Knowledge of quality assurance practices

• Solid background in project management methodologies

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations

• Understanding of benefit functions and processes

• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

• Experience performing ad hoc financial analysis

• Familiarity with the retail industry and brand awareness strategies

• Proven track record of driving project progress

• Experience acting as a liaison between different teams or departments

• Understanding of digital technologies and their application in business

• Proven ability to boost productivity within a team

• Experience with forecasting techniques and methodologies

• Knowledge of best practices in IT project management

• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the business

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners

• Excellent time management skills
