The position summary:

Responsible for oversight and monitoring the Global Logistics operation indicators. Covering all third-party logistics providers (3PL) and company-owned warehouses to drive best-in-class operational metrics related to finished goods and raw materials. monitor all inventory locations, set KPIs, design, write, and train working procedures and best practices, monitor the company’s worldwide inventory accuracy.

Act as a Logistics PM that drives all MIS, Finance, SOX, QA, etc. related matters such as Electronic Data Interfaces, Finance changes, SOX directions, and QA procedures

What you will be doing:

Global logistics performance

• Set Key Performance Indicators and monitoring dashboards

• Participating QBRs

• Issuing periodic executive reports

• Writing work procedures and process design

• Train, implement, and monitor work procedures

GTL Project Management

• Global OPS focal point for all Global Logistics interfaces with the corporate functions

• SME for all WMS applications worldwide and the equivalent modules in Oracle

• Leading system’s interface projects

• Leading all corporate logistics process changes and initiatives

Inventory Integrity

• Monitor all inventory organizations worldwide

• Monitor worldwide inventory accuracy

• Ownership company’s inventory counts, defining, tracking, training, and implementing processes

Must have for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or discipline

• A minimum of 3 years as a corporate function in a similar role

• Experienced PM in similar disciplines

• Experience with analytic methods and visuals

• Experience working with ERP software; Oracle preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI tools and AI applications

• Experience with lean thinking and processes

• Experience with Third Party Logistics providers
