Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process within a dynamic ad agency environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting efforts to maximize revenue, enhance financial visibility and control, and manage costs efficiently. You will meet month-end close deadlines, contribute to financial results promptly, mitigate risks, and help reduce material weaknesses. Additionally, you will prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions, create and submit invoices, draft standard correspondence for past-due accounts, and collaborate on reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Missouri and some days remote.

The work environment consists of an intimate office setting with only 5 team members. Training may require at least one day of in-office attendance.
