Get started! Division Information Kenworth Truck Company is the manufacturer of The World's Best heavy and medium duty trucks. Kenworth is an industry leader in providing fuel-saving technology solutions that help increase fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The company's dedication to the green fleet includes aerodynamic trucks, compressed and liquefied natural gas trucks, and medium duty diesel-electric hybrids. Job Summary The Service Technical Content Engineering Liaison drives the creation of high-quality technical service literature through collaboration with engineering, internal and external stakeholders, and a team of technical authors. Responsibilities Participate and provide service feedback in Engineering Design Reviews. Review engineering documents, drawings, and CAD models. Identify and align with subject matter experts. Coordinate between Engineering, Suppliers, and Service Technical Authors. Track and meet the timeline of publication deliverables. Interface with suppliers to coordinate content between PACCAR and supplier manuals. Develop and document processes with cross-functional stakeholders. Manage creation of chassis, engine, and aftertreatment troubleshooting guides. Update SharePoint content. Complete other assignments as requested. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Automotive or Diesel Technology, Engineering, Business, Technical Communication or comparable required. 1-3+ years of relevant experience required. Strong organizational, schedule management, project planning, attention to detail and reporting skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). High level of initiative and demonstrated problem solving. Must be able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Desired (not required): Project management experience and/or certifications (PMP, CAPM). Previous hands-on service technician or manufacturing experience. Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude. Experience using Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop, PTC Creo/Illustrate, Microsoft Access/Excel/SharePoint/OneNote, and Tableau.
