Assembly Tech

Pay: $28/Hour

Shift: 1st shift 7am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri, weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday same hours (every other week 2nd shift 1:30pm - 10:30pm Mon-Fri, weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday same hours (every other week)

Location: Kirkland, WA

Job Description

• Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations

• Assemble and test with emphasis to detail an assortment of avionic LRUs electrical-mechanical assemblies handle and install fiber-optics and PCBAs

• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated

• Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems

• Identify equipment requirements process improvements maintain floor stock inventory

• You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables

• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance

• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients using pallet jacks kit carts etc.

• Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures

Essential Skills

• High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience

• 3 years relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience aerospace medical or related field

• 2 years of hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience

• 1 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment

• 1 years of hands-on experience with precision torque measurement and inspection devices i.e. automated and manual torque wrenches torque drivers calipers micrometers profilometers optical inspection devices multi-meters as well as standard hand tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, Washington

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
