Join a dynamic and growing organization in Kingsland, GA, as an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist. We are seeking a motivated professional to manage our AP functions with opportunities for career growth into an AP Manager role and eventually advancing to Finance Manager. 100% IN OFFICE IN KINGSLAND, GA

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions and supplier information.

• Assist in month-end closing by preparing necessary AP reports.

• Support financial audits and provide documentation as requested.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

• Implement process improvements to enhance AP operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required at some point.

• organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
