Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Programmers to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak CNC machines.

  • Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce precision parts.

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Mazak CNC machines.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.

  • Conduct quality inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Continuously improve machining processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically with Mazak CNC machines.

  • Proficiency in Mazatrol programming language.

  • Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, open manufacturing job shop with a little over 80 employees. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toed boots. Shifts are from 7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm, with some overtime each day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
