Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of patient food services, dining room services, and dish room duties as well as other related tasks
- Consistently strives for and achieves excellent patient and customer satisfaction and service
- Adheres to food safety regulations so that food is maintained at proper temperatures, stored, labeled, stocking and proper food rotation
- Work area(s) are maintained according standards set by regulatory agencies and department expectations
- Works in Caf cashiering or serving food
- Prepares cold sandwiches, salads, and/or fruit for all service areas
- Works as a barista in our high volume, fast paced, Proudly Serving Starbucks coffee kiosk
- Operates industrial automatic dish machine ensuring temperatures meet regulatory standards and dish machine is functioning per expectations
- Supports food production and service areas utilizing a 3-compartment sink to ensure pots and pans are clean and allowed to air-dry
Minimum Requirements:
- ANSI-Accredited Food Handlers Certificate
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Schedule must permit early morning or evening shifts, as well as days, weekends and holiday shifts
