This role will lead the Execution Systems Product Team and will be responsible for developing and managing the roadmap for the MES core and application products in line with the requirements of the Smart Manufacturing Initiative.

Coach and develop your engineers to become effective team members that deliver valuable work, focused on data-driven decision making and customer centricity.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify high value requirements and capabilities within the MES space.

Manage MES requirements and capabilities roadmap to provide visibility to the business of upcoming product enhancements and features.

Deliver product solutions to increase manufacturing system capabilities in both clinical and commercial manufacturing environments.

Train your team how to determine and understand your customer's needs better than anyone, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Leverage the knowledge of your internal team and external partners to develop reusable, standard, robust solutions to support the manufacturing processes.

Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users' lives 10x easier.

Support the development of a product support model that ensures we can provide the sites with a reliable, maintainable system and access to expert resources when needed.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

BS or BA degree and 10+ years of professional experience

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementation and lifecycle support (e.g. Emerson Syncade, Werum Pas-X, etc.)

Experience and understanding of procedures to support GAMP5 guidance

Experience working in and supporting systems in regulated/GMP environments

Preferred Qualifications:

You have led teams that have delivered successful software products from concept to adoption

You have lead teams that supported the life-cycle management of products and solutions in a manufacturing environment.

You have directly managed product developers/analysts and are passionate about developing people

You have experience of working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders to manage

You know how to create and balance a healthy-tension between Product, UX & Design and Engineering

Experience in project lifecycle supporting biologics drug substance manufacturing

In-depth knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-88 and ISA-95

Experience delivering projects in an Agile framework

Experience in working with international teams

Familiarity with software quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and release management

Experience working in or knowledge of primary and secondary Biologics manufacturing processes
