Robert Half Communications Specialist III in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The role is 100% remote and involves a robust understanding of HR policies, MS suite, and stakeholder management skills. The Communication Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing various employee communications with an emphasis on Human Resources initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead work with internal and external stakeholders to absorb complex strategic and organizational information and prepare easily understood, compelling copy to communicate messages and programs.

• Write and edit copy for corporate communications and other projects required by communications management.

• Work closely with Communications Managers and Project Leaders as well as other internal stakeholders to synchronize communications activities across various channels.

• Execute against product marketing programs and provide support and coaching for internal communications events such as roundtables.

• Lead and support the development of internal communications programs for employees.

• Ensure consistent and appropriate branding for all materials produced.

• Work with external vendors and suppliers to execute against programs and projects.

• Provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members.

• Lead or participate in other projects or duties.

• Occasional travel required. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a communication specialist role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in customer service and office functions

• Familiarity with marketing strategies and best practices

• Proven track record in training and supervising a team

• Knowledge of operations and policy development

• Experience in materials handling and human resources administration

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Project management skills are essential

• Experience in utilizing 'About Time' software for efficient time management

• Ability to provide workstation support

• Familiarity with benefit functions

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Knowledge of digital communication platforms

• Willingness to travel as per job requirements

• Experience in dealing with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers

• Ability to execute strategies effectively
