Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cleared Senior Data Analyst to support a long standing government program based in Dahlgren, VA. The Senior Data Analyst is part of a business intelligence and data warehouse team tasked with providing data analysis, data design, and customer support within financial, project management/planning, HR/personnel, and procurement fields. Essential functions will include:

Systems development activities include data table/structure design, data acquisition, system specifications, data validation and documentation.

Data Analyst support will also include development of data interface specifications, on-line query and report specifications, database load specifications, and data validation specifications.

Customer support, including interfacing with customers, trouble shooting, product review and analysis and problem resolution.

Pay range based on experience: 120-140K

Skills and Requirements

The ability to apply analytical skills relating to database management and development

Knowledge of relational database management systems and data warehousing

Experience using Cognos Tool Suite to create reports and dashboards

Skill in writing and analyzing structured query language (SQL) queries

Experience and knowledge in mathematical reasoning

Knowledge of analytical tools and evaluation techniques null
