Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - 19
Summary of Position
This job performs general clerical support for the Incoming Transcripts Office. In addition, the incumbent enters transfer credit to student’s CTC record, moves transcripts and high school transcripts into student’s E-trieve accounts and assists in directing and offering information to students about incoming transcripts both telephonically and in person.
Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Required Experience
Three years wage earning clerical experience or certification relevant trade school (30 college credits) and six months wage earning clerical experience required.
A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Access, and Excel;
Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information; Ability to adhere to specific procedures;
Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines;
Ability work without extensive supervision;
