Hourly Rate 10.63

Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - 7:30-5:30, Mon-Thurs; 7:30-11:30, Friday, Overtime, describe requirements - As Needed.

Summary of Position

This job performs general clerical support for the Graduation office. The incumbent prepares student files for review, posts degree conferrals to student’s CTC record, coordinates creation of diplomas through third party company, maintains databases, compiles and maintains current statistics and confers with students to compile correct documents and requirements to complete their graduation process.

Minimum Required Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum Required Experience

Four years of wage earning experience in the clerical field, or One year of wage earning experience and certification/successful completion of relevant trade school.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Access, and Excel; Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy; Ability to interact effectively with students and with all levels of employees; Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information; Ability to adhere to specific procedures; Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines; Ability to work without extensive supervision
