Title:

Flight Instructor, Rotary Wing (AH)

  • Provides instruction in the AH-64E aircraft in all flight regimes in accordance with relevant Government regulations and manuals.

    • Assist the Chief Pilot with standardization requirements, the Lead Planner and Chief of Operations in creation of collective training scenarios.
Qualifications:

  • 2000 total Pilot-In-Command flight hours with 500 hours in the AH-64

  • 500 flight hours as an Instructor Pilot in the AH-64

  • 500 Night Vision Device hours

  • Graduate of the U.S. Army AH-64 Instructor Pilot Course

  • Active Secret Clearance or Eligible

  • High School Diploma

  • Valid Texas driver's license

  • Graduate of the U.S. Army Instrument Flight Examiners Course

  • Master Gunner Qualified

  • Joint Firepower Course Certified
