Purpose and Scope:

  • Will be responsible to drive operational excellence of managing the company multiple complex service offerings in the field of document management. Participates in projects for the implementation of services.

  • Organizes and manages the processes in existing clients, in accordance with the terms of the current contracts.

  • Leading and control of implementation of the Project, in partnership with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Develops relationships with clients, regularly interacts with them, analyzes opportunities for expanding the scope of services provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Controls the organization and implementation of operational processes in accordance with the contract, as well as participates in the implementation of the service.

Manages relationships with the company's clients, including:

  • Discusses with the client the current level of service provided and areas for its improvement;

  • Surveys customer satisfaction levels and analyses the results;

  • Discusses with the client the opportunities for further business development;

  • Contribute to development of innovative solutions through leadership of large-scale cross-division functional team projects;

  • Ensures planned and early renewal of existing service contracts for a new term;

  • Maintains compliance between current contractual tasks and the initial project goals;

  • Ensures recognition of the Company and customer awareness of the service.

Manages the financial results of projects within the framework of concluded contracts, including:

  • Plans the financial results of projects;

  • Ensures a given level of profitability;

  • Ensures cost control: planning, verification, analysis and optimization;

  • Ensures revision of contract terms in connection with changing business requirements of the client or economic or market factors;

  • Ensures timely payments from clients;

  • Monitors the quality of management of mini-warehouses with consumables and manages the warehouse with project equipment;

  • Ensures accurate and timely provision of billing data.

Administers the contracts, including:

  • Prepares and signs the necessary documents, such as additional agreements, acts, information letters, etc.;

  • Makes equipment orders;

  • Regularly prepares reports as per contractual obligations.

  • Ensures the availability of all infrastructure components necessary for the continuous provision of services (personnel, equipment, service infrastructure, other resources).

  • Ensures timely and correct provision of personnel documentation to the Human Resources Department of Xerox Ukraine.

  • Ensures compliance with the norms and rules for health and safety at work at the sites, including conducting workplace briefings for employees.

Education Level

  • University degree(Computer science, Finance)

Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Relevant experience from a similar position within a Technical Service providing company or Software Integrator company);

  • Ability to apply a creative approach and deep analysis depending on type of problems involved;

  • Experience with technical service of peripheral devices/computers/IT/applications;

  • Willingness to accept responsibility / accountability

  • Flexible approach to meet changing requirements as and when they arise

  • ‘Can do‘ approach to work

  • Able to work under own initiative

  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written)
