JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift - R-31903 We are hiring immediately for a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor for 3rd Shift! Your focus would be coordinating production, packing, ingredient processing, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and coaching and compliance with regulatory needs.SAFETY is our core value.Continuous improvement is always our goal so you must be energized by making things better through projects and your daily work. Hours : 11pm - 7am (must be available to working on all shifts when needed). Other focuses: * Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Morale at the Kiel facility. * Root cause/corrective action investigations for unplanned events. * Ensure compliance of GMP\'s and the Food Safety Plan. * Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and functions to optimize operations and resources. * Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production schedules to meet and exceed customer requirements and business goals. * Understand the financial impact of Line Efficiency, Material Yield, and Labor Productivity on plant budgets and develop Action Plans to address gaps. * Take active leadership role in promoting diversity and inclusion.
