LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Program Manager.
Location: Keyport, WA
Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) will manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements, including fulfilling contractual obligations to the Government, managing LMR employees, and managing LMR's relationships with contract partners. The PM will ensure that cost, schedule and performance goals are met. The PM will provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages task order to ensure that SOW is carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing work, directs and coordinates tasks, and exercises control over personnel responsible for execution of the SOW.
- Selects personnel according to knowledge and experience.
- Communicates with employees to explain task order responsibilities and oversees performance. Directs and coordinates.
- Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
- Prepares program reports.
- Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, communications, or other related degree field.
- Strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a PM or 10+ years of directly related training and/or experience and Certificate in Project Management or Lean Principles.
- Technical program related experience in government contracting environment working with cost type contracts.

``` - Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams. - Experience identifying, mitigating and managing project risks and issues. - Experience assisting in the development of project plans, responding to requests for information, and developing and presenting briefings on project status to program leadership. - Experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule and performance data. - Experience supporting corporate business development activities, including proposals. - Experience interfacing with senior Government officials.
Clearance Requirements: Current, active Secret security clearance.
