We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Computer User Support Specialist to join our team in Keyport, Washington. The Computer User Support Specialist will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to computer users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
- May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
- Assess security controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans in accordance with the SAP.
- Build risk assessment report (RAR) incorporating all findings discovered in testing, and documenting an analysis of each finding.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance
- Occasional Travel Required
