Executive Administrative Assistant
Residential Youth Care, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant.The Executive Administrative Assistant position will assist in conducting the executive functions of Residential Youth Care, Inc. The Executive Administrative Assistant handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks involving clerical, administrative function, research, coordination and oversight.
Major Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Managing CEOs calendar including scheduling meetings and communicating schedule changes
- Facilitating Ketchikan Community Action Plan Committee meetings
- Preparing for monthly Board meetings and assist the board by providing reports and maintaining guiding documents
- Acting as a point of contact among executives, RYCs Board of Directors, employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Formatting information for internal and external communication- memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Supporting preparation and timely submission of grant applications and renewals, application amendments, and budget transfers
- Representing CEO and RYC in meetings and other communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs
- Assisting in maintaining national accreditation
- Preparing for program onsite and audit reviews for Residential and Foster Care programs
- Providing general administrative assistance
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, with Bachelors degree preferred.
- Administrative support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail
- High level of integrity
JobType: Full Time,Exempt Hours Per Week: 40 Shift: Varies Annual Pay: $25.00-$33.00/hr DOE Benefits: Health insurance, HRA,Health Insurance Waiver Monthly Stipend, Life insurance, free access to RYC's FitnessCenter, Retirement plan 5% annual employer contribution, paid leave, and 8 paid holidays.
