Job Description

In this role, the Quality Auditor is responsible for:

• Following and supporting ISO 9001:2015 and plant safety systems.

• Conducting first piece audits as per QA SOP.

• Performing in-process and finished goods audits to ensure product quality.

• Reporting and recording nonconformities in TMS software.

• Collecting samples for lab testing as per SOPs.

• Entering sample data into the Infinity SPC database.

• Printing and verifying sterile labels.

• Conducting raw and finished goods inspections.

• Training new QA hires on auditing, testing, and systems.

• When necessary, assisting with production new hire training.

• When applicable, filling in as a back-up Lab Technician performing lab testing.

• Maintaining 5S standards in work areas.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Performing special projects when assigned.

• All other tasks required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment.

• Understand SOPs and Work Instructions.

• Wear required PPE and follow cleanroom protocols.

• Follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.

• Effective interaction with co-workers and management.

• Basic English proficiency.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move, and/or transport up to 40 lbs.

• Must be able to walk, stoop, stand, and bend regularly.

• Perform inspections/tests standing or seated.

• Work in moderate to loud noise conditions.

• Clear vision for close and distant tasks.

• Work in cleanroom areas and wear required PPE which includes latex gloves and face masks.

• Work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
