What are we looking for?

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives with a key strategic Intertek partner. This position will act as the client representative to the business by evolving various internal procedures, forming close links between key personnel, and utilizing available tools to ensure exceptional customer service levels and a successful delivery model. This position will be responsible for providing decisional support to internal and external customers. Would be expected to learn and adapt to the subject matter of the program and grow into an expert resource.

What you'll do: Utilize knowledge of project scope and work with appropriate personnel to ensure updates to the schedule are given when applicable, Drive projects through to completion by directing when, where and by whom each project is done Build relationships with parent and supplier clients to become a single point of contact for those clients for all of their needs and requests; Resolve client issues and/or escalate when necessary Step in on any projects that need additional high level support and communication, Coordination with other offices for moved/shared projects (Intra-Office Transfers (IOTs)); Communicate with client regarding scheduling regardless of where work is being completed Management of subcontracted work Supervise Project Coordinators to maximize their efficiency and allow for additional bandwidth during times of need, Perform required documentation review and support supplier and completing documentation requirements correctly. Track and report program KPI's to key stakeholders. Perform other work as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or other related area required; Advanced degree preferred. Would accept certification or associate's degree if paired with relevant industry experience. 2 years of Project Management experience 2 years experience in a position with direct customer interaction Prior experience managing or scheduling projects Prior experience working with cross-departmental or cross-disciplinary stakeholders Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written formats; Must have the ability to effectively interface with staff and client
