Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee a large-scale warehouse operation with over 700 SKUs, managing inventory, and picking orders meticulously. The position involves supervising around 25 employees across all shifts and ensuring the accurate dispatch of over 60 trucks daily. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ideally, implementing one in the past.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, receiving, handling, storing, picking, and safe food handling processes.

• Oversee the operations of a 42,000 square foot warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded.

• Achieve inventory, picking, and loading accuracy for over 600 SKUs and manage over 2,000,000 home delivery customer orders annually.

• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 25 employees across all shifts.

• Ensure accurate dispatch of over 60 delivery trucks daily.

• Implement and work with WMS systems, including moving from a self-built system to a legitimate WMS system.

Essential Skills

• Experience managing a large-scale warehouse with over 700 SKUs.

• Strong logistics, inventory, and warehouse management skills.

• Experience with WMS systems, including implementation.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain picking accuracy and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience loading 60+ milk trucks per day.

• Technical proficiency to work with and implement new systems.

• Experience managing warehouse operations in a customer-centric environment.

Work Environment

This position is based in the Federal Way distribution center. The standard shift is from 8 AM to 5 PM, but flexibility is required to oversee all operations and assist as needed. The work environment includes both typical office settings and time spent in a brand new warehouse with dry and refrigerated spaces.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kent, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00
