They will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, tracking inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of shipments, and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring that they follow proper procedures and protocols. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying accuracy of orders and coordinating with shipping carriers. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of all products. Monitor the quality of products and ensure that they meet customer specifications. Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures, including regular safety inspections and training for all warehouse staff. Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain records of all warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipments, and safety inspections. Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. Educational background / Work experience A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role is required for this position.
