Adecco is hiring Pallet Builders for our client in Kent, WA. Pallet Builders do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $18.00-$20.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Pallet Builder, you will efficiently build various sized wood pallets and crates using equipment such as nail guns, staple guns, power drills, grinders, and hammers. You will also use a tape measure to ensure measurements match the cut sheet, following safety protocols and meeting deadlines. You will track job progress, report issues, and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements:

• 3 months of experience in carpentry, construction, and/or landscaping

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Experience with dimensional and electrical power tools, motorized equipment, pneumatic nail gun, pneumatic staple gun, drill, and sander

• Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch quickly. A tape measure test is required, and individuals must pass to demonstrate proficiency in reading measurements to the nearest 1/16th accurately

• Sit-down forklift experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable attendance is essential

Available Shift:

• Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
