Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Temporary to Hire) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a temporary to hire position. This role supports our client's finance team by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Input financial data accurately Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and reconcile accounts Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records Bank Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports Support: Assist with accounting projects and ad hoc tasks Communication: Resolve billing issues with vendors and clients Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive hourly wage with potential for full-time hire Opportunity to gain valuable experience Access to training and development programs Please apply to be an Accounting Clerk today!
