Position Overview

We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to come in and immediately be an integral part of our team.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Development of project pricing

• Sales and cost analysis

• Asset utilization analysis

• Monthly P&L statement management/Budget analysis

• Collaboration with Senior leadership and field operations

• Weekly status meetings with team and leadership

• Forecasting and budget planning

• Cultivating relationships with field operations managers

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software as needed (Sales Force. Publisher, Adobe Pro, CRM and SAP)

• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills

• Strong written skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or Technical Communications
