Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Kent, OH . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Repairing air conditioning refrigeration, heating units and systems refrigeration
Systems pneumatic
Control steam traps
Pressure regulators steam
Separators pumps, fans and motors
Refrigeration equipment and overhaul air conditioning and heating systems
Inspect air conditioning refrigeration
Perform preventative maintenance
Clean or change filters
Lubricate motors
Building maintenance
Maintain chemical levels and control systems for chilled and condenser water treatment systems
Tighten belts
Assist with other tasks assigned
