What you will be doing
Review equipment & machinery to ensure performance
Coordinate with plant operations to resolve mechanical challenges
Evaluation & documentation of current preventative processes
Leadership, coaching and guidance within the team
Cooperation and teamwork with production leadership
Who we are looking for

Experience with CNC, auto glue, welding operations
Understands Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and quality principles
2 to 4 years’ experience in a related role
Spanish fluency would be great
