Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Will be performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility on production machinery including brake presses, turret presses, laser cutters, and welding machines. Will run manual machinery in the maintenance shop including a manual lathe, Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery.
Repair brake presses, turret presses, laser cutters, and welding machines.
Operate manual machinery such as manual lathes, Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders.
Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
Utilize hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for machinery maintenance.
Essential Skills
At least two years of mechanical maintenance experience.
Experience with tooling and repairing machinery.
Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints (schematics are a plus).
Experience maintaining fabrication equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
CNC machinery experience.
Welding skills.
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Manual machining expertise.

Work Environment
Large, clean fabrication/assembly facility. The environment can get very warm in the summertime. The facility handles manufacturing, assembly, and shipping of industrial radiators. Shift openings currently available. Hours are 5am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
