Responsibilities -Greeting customers promptly at the service drive -Promptly obtaining customer and vehicle information -Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer -Working with Techs and determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle -Follow up with customers Monitor vehicles progress throughout the day Maintain high customer satisfaction ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements -Customer Service skills -Outstanding in sales and follow through -Previous Service Writer Experience -Self-motivated and organized -Valid driver\'s license is a must!
