CONSTRUCTION AHEAD, INC. DBA PAVEMENT SURFACE CONTROL Pavement Maintenance Laborer in KENNEWICK, Washington
Purpose of Position
The seal coat/crack seal laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots by operating one or several types of maintenance equipment. This position requires routine repair and maintenance of equipment in addition to other duties. The laborer will ensure that all materials will be installed per specifications for the project.
Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma/GED. Experience preferred but not required.
Licensure/Credentials:Must have a valid driver's license. Must receive First Aid certification and DOT medical card within the first 2 weeks of hire.

Physical Demand:[]{#P34_2550} Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal rangeWork is performed outdoors at construction sites, maintenance facilities and outside environments with exposure to inclement weather. Moderate physical demands; strength sufficient to lift and move items weighing up to eighty (80) pounds; may be exposed to safety hazards and dangerous tools and equipment. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, and carry items. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
