Job Description Summary Maintenance Specialist- Plant performs various tasks, including checking and unloading incoming shipments at the Paterson plant location in Paterson, WA. Following process to issue, return, kit parts for work orders assigned to all maintenance personnel. Directly accountable for assisting in cycle counts, receiving, and directly associated with compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Additional duties as assigned and reports to Team Leader Storeroom Job Description Job Responsibilities: * Physically receive shipments from UPS, FedEx, Oak Harbor Freight and other freight companies. * Receiving orders and in SAP, ASI. * Maintain schedule for seasonal Maintenance Clerks * Issues and returns of inventory into work orders and storeroom, responsible for keeping track of all work order kits for jobs and running reports on a weekly basis and updating maintenance leadership. * Accountable for following SOX duties by directing/assisting in inventory cycle counts. * Parts issue and return report to be updated on a daily basis to keep budget on track. * This includes regular activities which are not listed under Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor. * Ability to perform and direct all job functions of the storeroom receiver and storeroom TL. * Must be able to perform, direct, and reconcile the physical inventory. * Required to perform job functions independently with minimal supervision. * Must be able to complete forms in an accurate and legible manner. * Ability to perform and direct basic office procedures such as filing, record keeping, and other clerical duties. * Working knowledge of purchasing for data entry from PR/TRs. * Must have the ability to demonstrate good mechanical/industrial aptitude, familiarity with materials, tools, and equipment associated with plant operations. * Equipment used in this position: 10 key, computer, typewriter, telephone, forklift, pencil, pen, and paper. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Skills and Experience: * Experience in material handling in all aspects of plant needs. * Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP. * 6 months of data entry experience. * 2 years related experience preferred but not required. * Lead experience preferred. * Must be customer service oriented. * High school diploma or equivalen Industry-Competitive Benefits Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
