Location: Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care and Veterinary Center
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, including commission+ $3/hr for swing shift
Expected Hours: 35-40 per week

We're looking for a passionate and skilled LVT to join our fast-paced, dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
- Master lab procedures, from manual differentials to advanced diagnostics.
- Perfect your radiograph technique while keeping safety a priority.
- Be the first to detect signs of illness, disease, or injury in our patients.
- Calculate drug doses and create anesthetic plans that ensure patient safety.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about treatment plans, updates, and post-op care.
- Mentor and lead our Veterinary and Hospital Assistants, shaping the future of veterinary care.
- Perform advanced diagnostics
- Step up as a shift lead, ensuring optimal patient care and seamless case delegation.
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program or equivalent qualification, as some states allow alternative routes.
- A Washington State LVT license, in good standing, or a license from another state with the ability to obtain a WA license within a reasonable time.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a licensed/credentialed tech.
- A passion for continuing education, with a commitment to completing 20 hours of CE every two years.
- Someone who can lift up to 40 lbs and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty (safely, of course!).
- Working swing shift hours: 5 eights 3:30pm-10:30pm or 4 tens 12:30pm-10:30pm
