Consultive services shall pertain to the following: The creation of the HMIS Supplemental Affirmative Action Plans for Women & Minorities, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities including Statistics and Analysis, Narratives, Monitoring/Impact Ratio Analysis (IRA) and consulting services for the time period, November 1, 2023, through and including December 31, 2023. General Materials or Services- Rev 2 03/28/2024 The creation of the HMIS 2024 Affirmative Action Plans for Women & Minorities, Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities including Statistics and Analysis, Narratives, Monitoring/Impact Ratio Analysis (IRA), and consulting services for the time period January 1, 2024, through and including December 31, 2024. • The creation of the HMIS 2024-2025 OFCCP-Style Regression Analysis which examines the pay rates of females' vs males and minorities vs non-minorities using a multiple regression model. • Production of data products, writing deliverables -or- general guidance and consultive services needed to respond to requests from the Department of Labor (DOL) or other entity(s) audit of the HMIS AAPs.
