This position provides oversight to our residential programs in Kennesaw and Lawrenceville. This person will coordinate the development of PBIS in all Devereux Georgia programs. Additioanal responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

• Coordinates D-PBIS programs at Devereux Georgia, including programs for I/DD individuals

• Develops D-PBIS through training, observations, data collection, and feedback

• Oversees and supervises instructional components used by staff

• Conducts performance and program integrity observations

• Monitors and develops PBIS program data and collection systems

• Coordinates D-PBIS leadership team meetings and presents progress reports

• Conducts program assessments and participates in quality control evaluations

• Performs function-based assessments and manages behavior plan implementation

• Acts as a liaison between Program Coordinators and Program Administrators

Position Details:

Salary: Starts at $60000 - $65000 / year (rate is based on education and relevant experience).

Schedule: Full time

Location: covers Kennesaw and Lawrenceville programs

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field. Master’s degree and/or BCBA/BCaBA preferred.

Experience: Three years’ experience working individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism preferably with adults.

Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support, performance management strategies, and project coordination. Must have good project management skills. Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications. Requires developed facilitation and training skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access) and database management. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
