WATTS National Accounts Manager in Kennesaw, Georgia

As the National Account Manager, you will manage the business and relationship with Home Depot and HD Supply under the guidance of the Director of Sales, Retail.

You Will:

  • Grow Watts products at all Home Depot business platforms.

  • Develop, Plan & Present product presentations.

  • Use the Vendor Data Portal to manage sales, compliance, and Inventory levels.

  • Work with Watts customer service team to manage orders, pricing, and deliveries.

  • Work with THD MET to implement successful store planograms.

  • Maintain and Grow E-Commerce and special-order sales.

  • Promote and educate new products to the customers.

  • Create and develop working relationships internally with all departments inside Watts.

  • Coordinate new product rollouts and resets.

  • Work with demand planning to forecast Inventory levels.

  • Execute training throughout the field and the customer base.

  • Create quotations to customers while understanding the corporate direction.

  • Manage Line Reviews and trade shows.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related field

  • 7 + years of sales experience .

  • Knowledge of Big box retail.

  • Ability to travel 10%

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
