Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Logistics Admin in Kennesaw, Georgia. Operating within the industry, the role involves overseeing the efficient shipping and receiving of products, both domestically and internationally. You will be providing support across various administrative tasks within the logistics department, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently handle customer inquiries related to shipping status, product information, and other related areas, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of shipments both domestically and internationally

• Maintain detail oriented communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams through email, addressing inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving issues as needed

• Utilize business systems such as CRM and ERP Solutions for record keeping and reporting purposes, ensuring all shipment, inventory, invoice, and logistics documentation data is properly entered

• Assist in invoicing tasks by preparing and processing shipping invoices, verifying the accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery details

• Schedule appointments for shipments and deliveries in coordination with carriers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless scheduling and timely arrivals

• Work closely with internal teams including warehouse, sales, and production to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of orders

• Handle incoming phone calls, manage client inquiries, and provide cost summaries for shipping and product orders

• Provide support in maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Systems

• Knowledgeable in using Cargowise

• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Proficient in using About Time software

• Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills

• Superior Customer Service skills

• Familiarity with Customs procedures and regulations TalentMatch®
