What You Will Be Doing:
As the CRS Assistant Store Manager you will be working side by side with the Store Manager for the daily store and service operations. The CRS Assistant Store Manager is responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a “Safety First” culture as well as hiring, developing, and addressing employee issues. The CRS Assistant Store Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.
Primary Responsibilities:
Processing paperwork including rental agreement, quotes, work orders, and other service documents
Answering incoming calls and negotiating with customers
Set the pace and priorities for the Service Department and Truck Transportation based on customer needs
Inventory control (Rental Fleet, Parts, Merchandise)
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
Assisting in any other branch function as needed and assigned by management
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have prior experience in the rental equipment industry. You will need to have a strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction. This position also requires someone with prior knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities.
Education/Experience:
Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree
Required Qualifications/Skills:
3-5 Years rental equipment industry experience
Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities
Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
Planning and Management
Inventory management
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Prior Rental Equipment Operations experience desired, but not required
