Robert Half Administrative Manager in Kennesaw, Georgia

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Manager in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, based in Kennesaw, Georgia. The role involves overseeing various administrative processes, including managing customer accounts, rental and customer protection plan accounts, sales and contract verification, permitting, and commission calculation processing. The Administrative Manager will also be responsible for training and supporting the administrative team and ensuring all work is completed according to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of customer billing accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Handle rental and customer protection plan accounts with precision

• Take charge of sales verification and contract verification processes

• Administer permitting and commission calculation processes effectively

• Lead, guide, and develop the administrative team to achieve organizational targets

• Identify and develop standard operation processes and recommend process efficiencies

• Monitor the adherence of all processes and systems supported by the team

• Implement and manage yearly business objectives to deliver service excellence

• Identify process gaps or non-compliance of field teams and provide necessary training

• Manage daily, monthly, and yearly objectives within the budget

• Lead cross-functional projects to continuously improve administrative effectiveness and efficiency

• Provide analytical support to evaluate alternative solutions to resolve administrative challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative management role within the Utilities/Infrastructure industry

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Familiarity with Concur software

• Skilled in using CRM systems

• Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
