Robert Half Sales Representative in Kenner, Louisiana

Description

We are in search of a Sales Representative to join our clients teams to work their sales regions in Houston, TX, Birmingham, AL, Memphis, TN and Fayetteville or Little Rock, AR . This role revolves around increasing company's market presence within the industry. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience with a technical equipment product, be in charge of developing new business strategies, collaborating with the current clients and working to increase sales opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new business strategies to boost company sales

• Maintain a deep understanding of industry/product trends and market conditions

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Set up meetings with potential clients and provide them with detailed technical specifications of our products and services

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through providing excellent customer service

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

• Strategize and implement ways to expand our customer base

• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication

• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Requirements

• Proficient in Business Development strategies and techniques

• Experience in Cold Calling techniques and strategies

• Ability to provide Detailed Technical Specification for products or services

• Proven track record in B2B Sales with 5+ years of selling a complex equipment product

• Expertise in Business sales and negotiation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Strong presentation skills

• Ability to travel for client meetings and presentations when necessary.
