Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that equipment, machinery, and buildings are in optimal working condition. This role requires a hands-on approach, effective leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, manage, and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work performance.

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment breakdowns.

• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems and equipment failures.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, environmental, etc.), ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

• Manage Inventory: Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools, ordering as necessary to avoid production delays.

• Schedule Maintenance Activities: Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects to minimize downtime while balancing daily operations.

• Budget Management: Help manage the maintenance budget by identifying cost-effective solutions, recommending capital improvements, and monitoring expenses.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, equipment repairs, inspections, and inventory control.

• Emergency Response: Lead emergency response efforts for facility or equipment failures, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other department heads to ensure facility requirements are met and operations remain uninterrupted.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.51 - $32.51/hr.
