Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in the Kendall area. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Overview:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.

• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

• Maintain historical records by filing documents and backing up files.

• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting, Preferred

• Experience with quickbooks online

• Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years)
