Carsome Team Lead, Inventory in Kempas, Malaysia
About You
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Team Lead, Inventory This position will report to the Head of Inventory (CCL) at CARSOME, working closely with other sub-department in supply chain to improve the operation efficiency.
Your Day-to-Day
Supervise and lead the team handling inventory and administrative tasks.
Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
Maintain office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
Implement and monitor inventory control and document management processes.
Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
Oversee document control, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
Handle phone calls and manage courier services.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure prompt and accurate handling of office matters.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
Support team members to ensure overall success.
Attend meeting with reporting line and with other stakeholders
Plan for team rostering schedule
Ensure traffic flow are within control
Your Know-How
Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
Minimum 2 years working experience but not limited to.
Experience working with inventory management.
Proven experience as inventory performance
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable and trustworthy
Product and inventory management certification a plus
