Duties:
Maintain/Repair sprinkler systems
Minor Plumbing
Patch sheet rock
Check smoke and CO alarms
Exit light and signs
Keep maintenance room, office and boiler rooms clean
Willing to clean apartments to have them ready to rent
Vacuum halls
Daily work orders
Summer hours are 8am to 1pm Monday thru Thursday
Winter hours are 8am to 12 noon Monday thru Friday
