Job Description Pay rates between $19.00-23.50with Attendance Premium of $0.25 and Shift Premiums of $.50 and $1.00 for hours worked during 2nd and night shifts. Essential Job Functions Pull racked product to the feeding lines. Accurately track racked product to the order it is applied to. Maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company standards and USDA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and follow line sheets to fill orders. Move wheeled nested racks up to 200 - 700 LBS. Push, pull, and lift up to 90 LBS. Work in a cold environment. Communicate effectively and frequently with Lead and/or Supervisor Qualifications Report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled. Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback. Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
