Description

We are providing an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role involves travelling to various locations to set up promotional banners for libraries, taking pictures of the setup, and uploading the content. This role is on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to specified locations to set up promotional banners

• Ensure the proper installation of banners at each location

• Capture high-quality pictures of the banner setup

• Upload the captured pictures accurately

• Communicate effectively with the team regarding the status of each setup

• Adhere to the timings of each location for banner setup

• Resolve any issues that might arise during the setup process

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within a specified timeframe

• Maintain a record of all the jobs completed

• Uphold the brand image while performing tasks at various locations.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in uploading and managing online content

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
