    We are seeking Prefabricator/Installers/Carpenters to join our growing team at our Keene facility and work on our second shift (after training) beginning in November.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Build insulated walls, roofs, interior walls, floors

  • Framing

  • Sheathing

  • CNC Operation

  • Window/door installation

  • Air Sealing

  • Bundling

  • Forklift operation

    Skills and Qualifications

  • Desire to learn & apply innovative green building techniques

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license w/clean driving record

  • Strong work ethic with a can-do, positive attitude

  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1+ years experience preferred

  • Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience with shift differential

  • Tools/vehicles provided

  • Travel to beautiful areas of the United States
